De Penning & De Penning made its annual ‘pilgrimage’ to the INTA (International Trademark Association) Conference, this year held in Singapore. As always, it proved an excellent platform to reconnect with existing colleagues and provided the opportunity to make new friends within the international trademark community. As always, everyone from De Penning & De Penning had a wonderful experience, sharing our knowledge of the Indian practice, as well as learning a great deal from others in global jurisdictions. With the threat of covid appearing to be behind us all finally, it felt like an INTA of old, with many new faces and businesses show-casing their developing technologies and highlighting a fresh perspective of world business trends in relation to trademark protection globally. We at De Penning & De Penning look forward to continuing to develop these strong bonds with our international fraternity in the coming year, and seeing everyone again in Atlanta in 2024.
